Some mornings the fog completely envelops the house which doesn't make a very interesting picture but other days it doesn't quite make it to the crest of Alta Vista.
August 6th 2002, the fog was lurking about just beyond the bottom of my orchard.
the next day it was quite a bit lower but was thicker once I rode into it.
The pictures were taken looking south west from the top of the slope above the orchard and most of what you see in the lower one is actually my neighbour's yard.
