Utah 25 follows the Fremont River up to its source at the Johnson Reservoir, both wind about up Fish Lake Mountain.

The cold system hit at least a month earlier than it should and moved on east briefly closing I70 in Colorado and wreaking destruction in Kansas and Oklahoma.
