It's the light coloured one just right of centre, the picture is from near the western end of the city limits, yes Torrey is an incorporated city, pop. 170. My house is about a half mile outside the limits by road so I will live in rural Wayne County. I don't know the name of the red escarpment behind the house but the bigger area behind that is the north edge of the Boulder Plateau, part of the Dixie National Forest.
