Beer, Beer, Glorious Beer...

Before the microbrewery explosion of the last five or ten years it was actually quite hard to get the kind of beer I like in the USA, you could get lots of imported beers but they were often old and sometimes skunky (light-struck). In order to get a beer I liked at a reasonable price I took up home brewing and made some very reasonable beers. Now with so many high quality micro-brewed beers available everywhere I have practically given up brewing as a hobby but I'm still interested in the brewing process.
