Torrey is a twice annual gathering of the denizens of BMWSportTouring.com, it is also a small town in Utah right outside Capitol Reef National park where the gathering occurs. The central activities of the gathering occur at the Chuckwagon Motel where we take up almost all the rooms for a weekend (pity the poor people who book before us!)
This year I arrived on the Monday before the regular weekend to spend the week exploring the local dirt roads on my KLR650, I towed it in the trailer rather than riding it the 700+ miles due to, shall we say, seating problems (No, I don't need preparation H, thank you).
