Bob's travels 1997 - The Big Trip

In 1997 I took an epic journey across America in my convertible which led me east to Newfoundland then south to Georgia and west again across Texas and back to the San Francisco area at the end of September. The trip consisted of four parts, two 'practice' trips to get the hang of camping again and a week in Hawai'i (because I could 8-) followed by The Big Trip - TBT.

The first trip took me to Death Valley and Yosemite then came the Hawai'i excursion and in early June the second camping practice in the Cascade mountains of Oregon and Washington. On June 21st I left on TBT, the record of these trip has been made into it's own web site...
